Once upon a midnight dreary, in the midst of a cold December, there stood a girl whose hair was as black as the night, and whose eyes were as blue as the ocean on a clear day. She stood over a grave that was covered in black roses and red silk cloth. She then lay a small piece of cloth on top of the grave stone. The cloth had an inscription on it such as I cannot say. She then said an incantation in which to revive the dead from their slumber and bring them back, as if nothing had ever happened. Afterward she laid next to the grave and fell asleep.
